This architecturally designed space features a timber-filled interior that evokes a sophisticated treehouse ambiance. Guests can enjoy breakfast, afternoon cocktails, bar snacks, and dinner, with a focus on seasonality and sustainability. The set menu, crafted by the head chef, highlights local and seasonal ingredients, complemented by a curated selection of regional wines and locally brewed beers. The Gunyah also serves as the camp's reception, bar, and communal lounge area, welcoming both in-house guests and visitors. Operating seven days a week from September to May, with reduced hours during colder months and occasional closures for private events, reservations are essential. Please note that a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and 15% on all public holidays. The Gunyah is fully licensed and does not cater to BYO.
