Patrons can design their own salads or choose from made-to-order options, complemented by a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and paninis. An extensive range of freshly made smoothies and juices is available, along with hot drinks like "Ritual" coffee and assorted teas. For snacks, options include fresh yoghurts with fruit, fruit salads, veggie dipping packs, raw treats, and their signature "Luv Cakes." During colder months, a rotating selection of hot soups and vegetable curries is offered. All items are available for dine-in, take-away, or catering services. Open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, and closed on public holidays.
