Food & Beverage Packages
BYO Bar
$5 per head
The Eaglehawk is a self catering and BYO hotel. This means MASSIVE savings on drink as you can buy your favourite drinks at take out prices (think Dan Murphy's) and what you don't use...you take with you at the end of your celebration. We supply all Bar requirements for functions such as commercial drinks fridge, all glassware, blenders, commercial dishwasher, serving tubs, drink dispensers etc. You really just need to bring your drink, put it in the drinks fridge and you're ready to go
Self Catering
$5 per head
The Eaglehawk is a self catering hotel. This means you are free to self cater, bring in your own chef or cater or hire a local chef that we recommend. All of our catering photos are the food from a local Maldon chef who regularly caters at The Eaglehawk. Some people use the wood fired pizza oven, others get food vans whilst others do a combination. Many (most) caters and chef will supply staff to manage the kitchen (that means cleaning up too) and they can often supply RSA Bar staff to restock items, serve and tidy up and clean glasses etc and take out the empties.
