Hidden behind a fridge door in Manly's laneways, The Cumberland is an underground speakeasy with a Spanish twist. This intimate 75-seat venue offers over 250 whiskies, natural wines, craft beers, and a themed cocktail menu featuring prohibition classics and locally foraged ingredients. The decor includes marble benchtops, hand-carved sandstone blocks, reclaimed timber, antique brass and copper accents, and a handmade leather banquette wrapping the walls. Open Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm until late, and Sunday from 4pm to 10pm.
