It offers a variety of barista-made coffees, chai, tea, and milkshakes, complemented by an array of sweet and savoury foods. Renowned for its hot cinnamon donuts, freshly prepared while you wait, the van has earned nicknames like 'Taralga’s Famous Donut Van' and 'Donut Heaven.' Operating from 7 am Wednesday to Friday and from 8 am on weekends, The Coffee Palette also features a second van, 'The Lil Piccolo,' available for events and weddings, providing both barista and bar services.
