The Bay Room

Located on the first floor of the Cosmopolitan Centre in Double Bay, The Bay Room offers a versatile space for meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, and social gatherings. The venue accommodates up to 60 people and features a carpeted room measuring approximately 6.5m x 13m, equipped with seven trestle tables and 60 upholstered chairs. A modern kitchen includes a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ample bench space. Accessibility is ensured with level access via the car park, lift access from street level, wheelchair access throughout, and accessible toilets. Parking is convenient with direct access from the Cosmopolitan Centre Car Park, entered via Short Street. The Bay Room is available for hire from 8 am to 11 pm, seven days a week.
