The Banger Rebellion is a family-run mobile food trailer, affectionately named Stella, located at 44 The Esplanade, Ettalong Beach. Specializing in gourmet grilled banger rolls, they source their rolls from Burnt Honey Bakery and sausages from The Butchers Chop in Woy Woy. Their handcrafted fillings include pickles, preserves, spices, butters, salts, and sauces. Additional offerings feature house-made toasted sandwiches, fries, and banana and salted caramel spring rolls. The venue provides a vibrant atmosphere with music, welcoming all patrons, including dogs. Operating hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, and Sunday from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm.
