The Australiana Pioneer Village, located at 10 Rose Street, Wilberforce, NSW 2756, is a New South Wales Heritage-listed open-air museum set on 28 acres of picturesque picnic grounds. Established in the late 1960s and early 1970s, the village features relocated historic buildings, including a church, shearing shed, blacksmith's shop, post office, railway station, bank, and Rose Cottage—the oldest surviving timber dwelling in Australia. Visitors can enjoy activities such as riding the Pioneer Express Train, tractor hay rides, animal feed walks, and 1800s-style school lessons in the original Marsden Park School. The village is managed by dedicated volunteers and is open every Sunday, plus Tuesdays and Wednesdays during NSW school holidays and most public holidays on Mondays. School excursions, bus trips, and wedding ceremonies are available by arrangement.
