The minimalist interior, designed by George Livissianis, incorporates exposed concrete, granite, and brass elements, reflecting the rocky beauty of Greece. The Chef’s Table experience accommodates up to 12 guests, offering an intimate setting for special occasions. The Apollo is open Monday to Thursday from 5:30 pm until late, and Friday to Sunday from 12 pm until late.
