Established in 1894 during the Wyalong gold rush, Tattersalls Hotel offers a warm country welcome with lunch and dinner served seven days a week. Guests can enjoy $15 lunch specials from Monday to Friday, 12:00–2:00 pm, and a Sunday Roast for $19.50, available from 12:00–2:00 pm and 5:30–8:30 pm. The hotel features clean and fresh rooms with double or queen beds, centrally located near shops and clubs. A large drive-thru Bottle Shop operates daily from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. The venue also hosts live music every second Friday and offers private bookings in The Blue Room with its courtyard. Notably, in 1949, artist Russell Drysdale created a sketch from the hotel that inspired his iconic painting "West Wyalong 1949." A bronze easel commemorating this artwork is displayed outside the hotel.
