The Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra (TSO), established in 1948, is Tasmania's premier symphonic ensemble, performing at the Federation Concert Hall in Hobart. Under the leadership of Chief Conductor Eivind Aadland, the TSO presents a diverse range of concerts, including the Federation Concert Hall Series and special events featuring esteemed international guest artists. The orchestra's 2025 season highlights include performances of Brahms' Violin Concerto with soloist James Ehnes and Beethoven's Triple Concerto, showcasing TSO Concertmaster Emma McGrath, Principal Cello Jonathan Békés, and pianist Konstantin Shamray.
