The UnitingSA Taperoo Community Centre offers a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to develop new skills and connect with others. Located at 14-20 Yongala Street, Taperoo, SA 5017, the centre provides a variety of low-cost programs, workshops, and accredited training courses. These include computer and internet classes, literacy and life skills workshops, personal development sessions, art, craft, and sewing groups, digital photography courses, and a social group for individuals over 50. The centre also offers volunteer programs, encouraging community involvement. Operating Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, most programs run during school terms. Wheelchair access is available, ensuring inclusivity for all participants.
