Services include individual and group transport for shopping, medical appointments, and social outings, as well as monthly bus outings to various New England destinations. A subsidised taxi voucher scheme offers additional flexible assistance. Eligibility criteria apply, with assessments coordinated through My Aged Care for those over 65 or 50 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander individuals.
