The menu showcases Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including crispy baby calamari, marinated chicken tacos, and slow-roasted lamb shoulder. Guests can enjoy a selection of classic and signature cocktails, boutique wines, and craft beers. Sunsets Rooftop is open Thursday to Saturday from 12pm to 10pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 8:30pm.
