Sunlodge Tourist Park

Sunlodge Tourist Park, located in the tranquil Point Vernon area of Hervey Bay, offers single-storey units with ocean views of Gatakers Bay. Access to the beach is via a short 200-meter walk through a park. The park features a swimming pool, barbecue area, and laundry facilities. Guests can enjoy daily lorikeet feedings and observe kangaroos and various bird species in the adjacent parkland. Pet-friendly accommodations are available, with numerous on and off-leash beaches nearby. A boat ramp adjacent to the park provides easy access to fishing spots. All accommodations are air-conditioned, self-contained, and include private ensuites. Fraser Island tours, fishing trips, and whale watching excursions (July to November) can be arranged with courtesy pickups available.
