Stone Hut Soldiers Memorial Hall, located at the intersection of Horrocks Highway and Borthwick Street in Stone Hut, South Australia, serves as a tribute to those who served in World War I. Opened on March 24, 1926, the hall features a main assembly area measuring 30 ft by 60 ft, with 13 ft allocated for stage purposes, and an anteroom of 10 ft by 38 ft. The foundation stone was laid by Mrs. W.T. Baker on July 22, 1925. In August 2006, a dedication ceremony introduced a new paved forecourt, including pavers for pioneers and descendants, and a Cross of Sacrifice honoring those who paid the supreme sacrifice and those from the district who served in conflicts and peacekeeping operations.
