This 330-square-meter venue offers panoramic airfield views and features 30 taps pouring a diverse range of beers, including up to 30 unique brews crafted on-site annually. The industrial-vintage design, inspired by the Collingwood Beer Hall, showcases brewery tanks and vibrant murals by local artist Justine McAllister. Open daily from 5:00 am to 9:30 pm, it provides a full menu developed by Executive Chef Ben Isaacs, takeaway cans, and a selection of wines and spirits.
