Built by convict labour around 1849, the Stoke Stable Museum is among Carcoar's oldest structures. This stone building, once serving the Stoke Hotel, now houses the Carcoar Historical Society Museum. Inside, visitors find historical photos and memorabilia showcasing the area's residential, industrial, and agricultural heritage. Original features like horse stalls, mangers, and early roof shingles are preserved, offering a glimpse into its past. The museum is open mid-morning on weekends and public holidays or by appointment.
