Steampunk New England transforms Armidale Showground into a vibrant retro-futuristic wonderland each November. This immersive festival celebrates the fusion of Victorian elegance with imaginative technology, inspired by visionaries like Jules Verne and H.G. Wells. Attendees don their finest corsets, goggles, and top hats to engage with clockwork contraptions, Victorian oddities, tea duels, and airship pirates. The event features inventors, artists, alchemists, time travelers, and curious cats in top hats, offering a unique experience where history and fantasy collide. In 2025, the festival is scheduled for November 1–2.
