Steam Plains

Steam Plains is a rural locality in the Western Riverina district of New South Wales, approximately 35 kilometers north of Conargo. Spanning 46,395 hectares, it is among the region's largest sheep properties. The area is characterized by open landscapes, a mix of native and introduced grasses, and abundant water sources, making it ideal for livestock production. Steam Plains also features rich black soils and a well-developed irrigation system, supporting diverse cropping enterprises throughout the year.
