Nestled in a tree-studded expanse, Stanthorpe Showgrounds offers a serene camping experience suitable for caravans, RVs, camper trailers, and rooftop tents. The grounds feature large, shaded grassy sites ideal for group camping, with ample men's and women's toilet facilities, including three accessible ones. Hot showers are available, with two ensuite blocks each containing three toilet/shower combination rooms. Pets are welcome, provided dogs remain on leads in public areas and owners clean up after them. A dump point is located near Gate 2 for campers' convenience. While potable water is available, guests are encouraged to bring enough water for their stay. Please note, Stanthorpe Showgrounds is owned and managed by the Stanthorpe Agricultural Society, a not-for-profit organization, and is not owned or managed by the Southern Downs Regional Council.
