Established in 1875, the Stanthorpe Agricultural Society is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting agricultural, horticultural, and pastoral excellence in Queensland's Granite Belt region. The Society's flagship event, the annual Stanthorpe Show, showcases a variety of competitions, displays, demonstrations, and entertainment, drawing visitors from across the state. Beyond the show, the Society manages a 70-hectare, fully fenced facility that hosts markets, expos, music festivals, private functions, and camping accommodations throughout the year. The grounds feature multiple venues, including exhibition centers, pavilions, meeting rooms, and arenas, catering to diverse events and activities.
