Established in the early 1980s, St Helens Neighbourhood House is a non-government, not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering community engagement and support. Governed by a dedicated volunteer committee, it offers a variety of services, including a community garden, the "Eating with Friends" program, a community shed, a shed shop, a school mentoring program, the "Loaves & Fishes" initiative, and various volunteering opportunities. Operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, the house provides a welcoming environment for all community members.
