Spencer Park, located on Main Street in Merimbula, offers a picturesque setting along the sandy edge of Merimbula Lake. Families can enjoy calm, clear waters ideal for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. The park features a playground with swings, slides, and climbing structures, as well as picnic tables, BBQ facilities, and shelters. Public toilets are available with daytime access. At low tide, a 1.8-kilometre return elevated walkway leads to Bar Beach, where visitors can observe local wildlife, including crabs, fish, stingrays, and pelicans. The park is also home to the Merimbula Big Game & Lakes Angling Club, which hosts regular events for both members and visitors.
