Designed by the award-winning ARM Architecture, the venue opened in 2009 and features two performance spaces: the 559-seat Sumner Theatre and the 163-seat Lawler Studio. The Sumner Theatre offers advanced stage technology and a flexible stage, accommodating a wide range of theatre styles. The Lawler Studio is ideal for experimental and developmental works, as well as play readings by emerging playwrights.
