South Maroubra Bushcare Sites offer a unique opportunity to engage in environmental conservation within the coastal dunes of Maroubra Beach. Volunteers collaborate with Randwick City Council's Bushcare Officers to maintain these sensitive ecosystems by removing invasive weeds and planting indigenous species. Meetings occur on the first Thursday of each month from 9 am to 12 pm, convening at the car park near the South Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club.
