South Channel Garden Club

The South Channel Garden Club, established nearly 50 years ago, is a vibrant community of over 100 members passionate about gardening and conservation. Each gathering features a guest speaker and concludes with a supper, fostering both learning and camaraderie. A notable initiative is the Helping Hand Gardening Service, offering free, one-off gardening assistance to South Channel residents recovering from illness or other challenging situations. Membership is open to all, with an annual fee of $10 and a $2 contribution per meeting to cover hall hire costs.
