Managed by the South Arm Peninsula Residents’ Association Inc (SAPRA), the centre hosts a variety of activities, including the South Arm Songsters choir, the Iron Plot Community Garden, and a welcoming library. Its History Room showcases the area's rich heritage, featuring exhibits curated by local historian Maurice Potter. The centre also organizes the monthly South Arm Community Market, offering a relaxed atmosphere with live music, diverse stalls, and community engagement. Open Monday 10am-12pm, Friday and Saturday 1pm-3pm, and on market days (1st Sunday monthly except winter) 1pm-3pm.
