Operating from Shop 48 The Harmony Centre in Heidelberg West, SACOV offers a range of services, including a Justice of the Peace service to witness documents for official or legal purposes. Their mission is to advocate for the Somali community's needs, provide referrals, advice, and foster a thriving, achieving community. SACOV is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by appointment only.
