Guests embark on an 8-minute gondola ride to reach this mountaintop sanctuary, where they can savor dishes inspired by Canadian culinary traditions, crafted from fresh regional ingredients. The menu features a variety of options, including seafood chowder, beef burger, and bison tartare. Open daily for lunch and dinner, reservations are recommended and can be made up to 90 days in advance. Please note that gondola admission is separate and required for access.
