Six String Brewing Company, established in late 2012, is a proudly locally owned and independent craft brewery located in Erina, NSW. The brewery offers a diverse range of beers, including their award-winning Core Range brews and seasonal specials, all brewed and packaged on-site. Their new taproom features 16 taps, a dog-friendly outdoor area, and a restaurant with a full wine and cocktail menu. Visitors can enjoy live music, brewery tours, and a menu inspired by Filipino cuisine, reimagined with a Six String twist.
