Nestled in a tranquil gully near Lithgow, Secret Creek Sanctuary is the only native wildlife sanctuary in the Blue Mountains. Established in 2001, it provides a safe haven for endangered species such as Eastern Quolls, Dingoes, Koalas, and Mountain Pygmy Possums. Visitors can explore the sanctuary's bushland, learn about its conservation efforts, and enjoy simple, nourishing food at the on-site café. The sanctuary is open Wednesday to Sunday, with special events and workshops throughout the year. Annual memberships offer additional benefits, including free entry and discounts.
