Located at 2 Museum Place in Batemans Bay, SEARMS Community Housing Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal community-owned and managed organization dedicated to providing secure, affordable, and culturally appropriate housing and community services across the Greater Capital Region and South Eastern NSW. Established in 2003, SEARMS manages approximately 400 properties, offering tenancy management, asset management, project management, and housing policy recommendations. The organization emphasizes cultural engagement, working closely with tenant advocacy providers and local health and employment services to support tenants in sustaining their tenancies. In July 2021, SEARMS relocated its head office to the Batemans Bay Community Centre, creating a housing and community hub.
