As a vibrant arts centre, it hosts a dynamic exhibition program and an interactive artist-in-residence initiative, fostering both local and visiting artists. The venue offers two working studios for artists to develop site-responsive projects, engaging the community through open studio sessions, artist talks, and workshops. Its picturesque gardens and performance area are available for hire, accommodating up to 500 guests for various events. Sauerbier House is open Wednesday to Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 1 PM to 4 PM.
