The Samford Stags, established in 1970, are a vibrant rugby league club located in Samford Village, Queensland. They offer a supportive environment for players of all ages and skill levels, promoting physical exercise, teamwork, and respect. The club provides hands-on guidance for players aged 3 and up, fostering life-long skills and friendships. In 2025, to celebrate their 55th anniversary, each participant receives a free pair of game day shorts and playing socks with their registration. The Stags also host the annual Samford Long Lunch, a community event supporting the club.
