Housed in the original Council Chambers of the Borough of Sale, the Sale Historical Museum showcases a diverse collection of artifacts and archives dating back to 1863. Visitors can explore original council furniture, memorabilia from the West Sale Migrant Holding Centre, and items from early businesses and homes. The main chamber re-creates the original Council meeting room, offering a glimpse into the town's rich history. The museum is open from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm each Wednesday and Sunday, with admission by gold coin donation.
