The beach is well protected from most waves, making it ideal for relaxation and fishing. Amenities include a camping area with covered picnic tables, barbecues, fireplaces, toilets, and hot showers. Access to the camping area is via an unsealed road, approximately 1.5 kilometers from the main road.
