Founded by sisters Allana and Jess Ngo, the eatery specializes in authentic Banh Mi sandwiches, noodle bowls, rice paper rolls, and traditional Vietnamese coffee. The interior features a mural depicting traditional Vietnamese culture, creating an immersive atmosphere. Committed to community engagement, Saigon The Go donates 5% of its profits to Australia-run non-profits supporting communities in Vietnam. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
