
SAADI at SUNDA is a culinary collaboration between chef-couple Saavni Krishnan and Aditya Suresh, offering a fusion of modern Australian dishes with Indian influences. Their residency at Sunda, located at 18 Punch Lane, Melbourne, runs from June 12 to July 26, 2025. The menu features innovative dishes such as grilled rice dumplings with fermented persimmon, pumpkin fritters with red lentil, rice, and garlic dal, lamb with crispy potatoes and yoghurt, and semolina halwa with roasted rhubarb and coconut custard. Lunch is available on Saturdays from 12pm to 2.30pm at $40 per person, and dinner is served Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 9pm at $80 per person.
