Victorian building in the heart of Fitzroy, three kilometres from Melbourne CBD. The Russian House has that kind of character you can't build from scratch - high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, polished floors, great acoustics and natural light pouring in. Up to 120 guests, 100 seated, on the first floor in the Emerald Hall. Works well for private celebrations, boutique weddings, film and photo shoots, pop-up retail, product launches and regular classes or workshops. Hire it dry and do it yourself - blank canvas, bring your own decor, choose your own vendors. The kitchen is fully equipped, BYO liquor licence in place, and tables and seating are included at no extra cost. Or hand it over to the in-house team. They cover decor, AV, photography and floristry - everything sorted, nothing to stress about on the day. Community space at its core - good team, relaxed atmosphere, honest pricing. NFP rates available, discounts for ongoing bookings. Security deposit and hourly duty manager fee may apply.
