Rupertswood Mansion, located at 3 Macedon Street in Sunbury, Victoria, is a historic estate renowned as the birthplace of The Ashes cricket series. Constructed between 1874 and 1876 for Sir William Clarke, the mansion is one of the largest houses built in Victoria, featuring a distinctive Free Classical architectural style. The estate includes extensive gardens designed by William Sangster, an artificial lake, and a private railway station. Since 1927, Rupertswood has been home to Salesian College, a Roman Catholic secondary school. The mansion is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.
