The site features a beautifully restored 1818 sandstone barn, a mid-19th-century sandstone farm cottage, and the Schoolhouse Gallery—a replica of a 1890s schoolhouse. Notably, it is home to Tasmania's longest-running music festival, the Clarence Jazz Festival.
