Nestled among jacarandas and silky oaks, Rosalie Gallery in Goombungee is a purpose-built facility that opened in 2005 to support and foster creative opportunities for the art community. Owned and operated by Toowoomba Regional Council, the gallery is an integral part of the town's cultural life, hosting an annual calendar of exhibitions and public programs. Admission is free, and the gallery welcomes visitors from Wednesday to Sunday, 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. Parking is available on Mocatta Street and behind the building, with wheelchair access and facilities, including a disabled toilet, located outside the gallery.
