The Banksia Grove/Caves Circuit, approximately 1.6 km return, begins near the Sisters Beach boat ramp. This track climbs into the heath-covered hills, leading to Banksia Grove, an extensive stand of saw banksias with spectacularly large cylindrical flowers. From Banksia Grove, a link track towards the coast leads to Lee Archer Cave, an Aboriginal shelter set dramatically above the rocky shore. A platform allows viewing of the cave while protecting midden material. After returning to the junction, the track descends steeply to Wet Cave, which often contains a pool of water at the rear. From Wet Cave, the track drops down to the coast, and a 100-meter rock-hop leads back to the Sisters Beach boat ramp.
