RJ Rowley Recreation Reserve

RJ Rowley Recreation Reserve, located at 20 Melbourne Road in Rye, VIC 3941, offers a variety of facilities for community enjoyment. The reserve features an oval, four netball courts, three pavilions, a playground, a tennis court, and a skate park. Additional amenities include public toilets, a BBQ area, and cricket practice nets. The Rye Youth Centre is also situated within the reserve, providing a space for local youth activities. The skate park, designed by Aspect Melbourne and built by Concrete Skateparks in 2004, features two bowls and street elements, catering to both skaters and riders. The reserve hosts various events, including the annual Rye Gift & Family Fun Day, a traditional athletic event held every January.
