Founded by Verona-native Nicolo' Campagnari and his wife Anita in November 2018, the venue offers a relaxed and friendly environment for both dine-in and take-away options. The menu features traditional regional dishes, including tortellini di Bologna and agnolotti del plin, all made in-house using high-quality ingredients. The minimalist space boasts an open kitchen where patrons can watch the pasta-making process, complemented by reclaimed timber benches and a striking neon tortellini sign. Ripiena also offers a selection of regional Italian wines, including biodynamic, organic, and re-fermented varieties.
