Housed in the historic Old Court House at 54 Bridge Street, the Richmond Online Access Centre offers the community free internet access. Visitors can use public computers or connect their own devices to the Wi-Fi. The centre also provides Wi-Fi printing from mobile devices. A large selection of second-hand books is available for purchase. Managed by a dedicated team of volunteers, the centre operates Monday through Wednesday and Friday, with varying hours, and is closed on weekends. Wheelchair access is available.
