Richardson Reserve, located at 1-19 Richardson Drive in Wynn Vale, features a multi-purpose synthetic playing field and a three-level community building. Home to the Modbury Vista Soccer Club, the reserve offers three community rooms available for ongoing hire, each equipped with chairs, tables, and shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Dogs are prohibited on the playing field but may be exercised on-leash in surrounding areas. Upgrades completed in 2020-2021 include the installation of the synthetic playing surface, sports field floodlighting, and the new community building.
