Helmed by Executive Chef Kumar KC, the restaurant collaborates closely with local farmers and producers, sourcing the majority of its ingredients from within a 100km radius of the Bobs Farm estate. Guests can enjoy a relaxed, eco-inspired environment, dine on the terrace at Bar William, and overlook edible gardens that inspire the team's culinary creations. The restaurant operates from Wednesday to Sunday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and is currently closed for winter, reopening in November alongside the launch of the luxe stay experience, Glamp at B Farm.
