Restaurant William offers an immersive culinary experience in Port Stephens, focusing on farm-to-table dining with a menu that evolves based on locally sourced ingredients. Helmed by Executive Chef Kumar KC, the restaurant collaborates closely with local farmers and producers, sourcing the majority of its ingredients from within a 100km radius of the Bobs Farm estate. Guests can enjoy a relaxed, eco-inspired environment, dine on the terrace at Bar William, and overlook edible gardens that inspire the team's culinary creations. The restaurant operates from Wednesday to Sunday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and is currently closed for winter, reopening in November alongside the launch of the luxe stay experience, Glamp at B Farm.
