Established in 2010 by Chef Toshiya Kai, Restaurant Toshiya offers a relaxed dining experience in Cremorne Junction. The menu features inventive dishes like salmon carpaccio with truffle oil and paripari chicken, alongside traditional favorites such as sushi and tempura. The interior boasts black walls and vibrant red lighting, creating an intimate atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to share dishes to enjoy a variety of flavors. The restaurant is BYO wine only and offers gluten-free and vegetarian options. Lunch is served on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 pm to 2:30 pm, and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, 5:30 pm to 10 pm. It is closed every second Sunday.
